馬英九立法院國情報告？　不拒絕、不是現在、不即問即答 Sep 26th 2013, 00:52 〔記者王鼎鈞╱台北報導〕國民黨立委25日建議馬英九總統，是否考慮到立法院進行國情報告，闡述政策理念。對此，馬總統表示，若在合乎憲法明定的方式與精神，且不混淆總統與行政院長權責分際的前提下，他不會拒絕去立法院國情報告；不過，民進黨過去要求即問即答的質詢方式，這就會產生違背憲政體制的問題，更何況現在是否為合適的時機，也需要再行考量。
