APEC蕭習會　我方盼打破「密室協商」 Sep 27th 2013, 02:55 〔記者陳思豪╱台北報導〕黨政人士表示，今年舉行的亞太經合會議，按照往例應該仍會舉行所謂的「蕭習會」，但今年最大的突破，就是要打破傳統被視為密室協商的做法，即使蕭習見到面，也希望爭取陸委會主委王郁琦在場參加。
