烏龍監聽立院「0972」節費電話　特偵組、北院互踢皮球 Oct 1st 2013, 01:04 〔政治中心╱綜合報導〕特偵組監聽立法院「0972」開頭的節費電話，3天內召開3次記者會，卻始終交代不清。上月30日上午，特偵組第3度召開記者會說明，發言人張進豐表示，台北地院將「0938」、「0972」門號的電話監聽結束通知書寫在一起，「0972」僅監聽1個月而非4個月，才會引發誤會；但北院回應是特偵組提供錯誤資訊，才會核准監聽「0972」的節費電話。
