立院總務處：特偵組監聽號碼　95年使用至今 Sep 29th 2013, 02:52 〔政治中心╱綜合報導〕立法院總機電話0972630235遭特偵組監聽，儘管特偵組一度辯稱這支號碼可能轉為個人使用，但立法院總務處長蔡衛民強調，「0972630235」這些號碼是節費電話，立院從民國95年就開始使用到現在，除了沒換過號碼、更不可能做為私人使用。另外特偵組掛監聽這個號碼，最後很可能監聽到整個院內所有的通話。
