康芮來襲　嘉義市、蘭嶼今停班停課 Aug 29th 2013, 00:32 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕康芮颱風來襲，全台各地從28日下午起已經陸續出現降雨，尤其南部已經出現大雨，高雄市岡山、田寮地區，已出現積水狀況。停班停課的狀況，除了28日宜蘭縣和花蓮縣已經宣布29日停班停課外，嘉義市、台東縣蘭嶼鄉、屏東縣牡丹鄉、高雄市茂林區、桃源區和那瑪夏區，29日也停班停課。
