消基會：應對胖達人股東、公司進行假扣押 Aug 28th 2013, 04:26 〔政治中心╱綜合報導〕針對標榜天然的胖達人麵包遭踢爆添加人工香精，消基會秘書長雷立芬表示，如果消費者希望提團體訴訟，迫使胖達人回應「3倍求償」的要求，應該先去對這些股東、公司進行「假扣押」，以免最後消費者即使勝訴也求償無門。
