男變造發票領走8百萬被逮　辯稱路上撿到的 Aug 29th 2013, 02:31 〔社會中心╱新北報導〕每個人都有中千萬發票的夢想，但在新北市淡水區一名男子，竟然偽造中獎的三聯式發票，前往三重郵局兌換，扣除2成的所得稅後，成功領走8百萬元。事後得獎者本尊出現，才發現是男子冒領，檢方在28日將該名男子起訴，但對於相關單位的查核出現大漏洞，也認為不可思議。
