謝依涵遭求處死刑　檢方引日劇名言：死者無法辯駁 Aug 28th 2013, 00:23 〔社會中心╱台北報導〕震驚全台的八里雙屍命案，士林地院27日進行「最終辯論」，涉嫌殺害富商陳進福、張翠萍夫婦的前「媽媽嘴咖啡」店長謝依涵，檢方對謝依涵求處死刑，全案訂於10月29日下午5時宣判。謝依涵力求脫罪，檢方則引用日劇《HERO》木村拓哉在劇中飾演檢察官的名言「死者已無法在庭上為自己辯駁，只能由檢察官在庭上為死者說話。」替死者還公道。
