軍檢偵結洪仲丘案　馬總統：盼毋枉毋縱、公正審判 Jul 31st 2013, 09:22 〔記者康仁俊╱台北報導〕國民黨主席、總統馬英九今（31）日表示，陸軍下士洪仲丘案在今日偵結，軍檢並對18位軍士官提起公訴，國人都期待軍事法庭能秉持毋枉毋縱原則，依法公正審判，對於外界質疑政府未能積極辦案，馬英九並說，「謝謝大家因為（對）我的批評跟指教，我們會繼續在這條路勇敢的走下去」。
