洪仲丘枉死案軍檢偵查終結　起訴18人 Jul 31st 2013, 09:22 〔記者呂炯昌╱台北報導〕陸軍542旅下士洪仲丘6月23日19點收假返營，因為遭查獲攜帶照相手機與MP3，而遭到移送士評會。上士范佐憲擔任主席，主導士評會將洪仲丘移送禁閉。洪仲丘在禁閉期間，疑似遭到凌虐，非人道待遇，導致最後熱衰竭致死。
