今日天氣╱低氣壓悄形成　北部高溫上看36℃ Jul 30th 2013, 03:11 記者葉立斌╱台北報導 台灣本島過著炎熱的夏天，昨(29)日在板橋出現36.5℃之高溫。但在外海出現一個小小的低氣壓，目前在南海向西北西移動，但時速僅15公里，未來有發展為輕度颱風之趨勢。
