今日天氣╱柯羅莎颱風影響　今明兩天有雨 Oct 31st 2013, 02:51 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕今年第29號颱風柯羅莎，於昨日（30日）清晨2點在菲律賓東方海面形成，預計路徑會持續朝西，通過呂宋島北端往南海方向前進，因此對台灣直接威脅的機率較低，但其外圍水氣從昨天就開始影響台灣陸地，在北海岸、新北市東側以及東半部地區都有出現短暫雨的現象。
