今年第二大地震！全台萬聖夜驚魂 Nov 1st 2013, 02:47 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕有夠恐怖！相信這是昨天晚間全台灣民眾的心聲，昨(31)日晚間20:02在花蓮縣瑞穗鄉發生強烈有感地震，芮氏規模6.3、震源深度19.5公里，全台有感。引起不小驚恐，氣象局說，主因是菲律賓海板塊與歐亞大陸板塊擠壓碰撞導致能量釋放，未來2周內後續仍可能餘震。
