差額補助取消、健保費不降反增　盧秀燕：劫貧濟富！ Jan 31st 2013, 09:12 〔記者康仁俊╱台北報導〕國民黨立委盧秀燕今（31）日召開記者會，質疑二代健保正式上路後，將健保費率由5.17%調降到4.91%，原本民眾應該繳納的基本健保費會減少，不過現在卻發現，薪資收入在40,100元以下的民眾，健保費卻不降反增，反而是投保最高薪資者的保費卻被降低，形成劫貧濟富的荒謬現象。
