向國民黨洩密、違行政中立遭立法院糾正　楊進添喊冤 Oct 31st 2012, 11:39 〔記者王鼎鈞╱台北報導〕總統府祕書長在擔任外交部長期間，赴國民黨中常會報告「對美關係現況」，內容與外交部機密預算書雷同，涉洩密並違反行政中立，立法院外交委員會31日決議「糾正」。楊進添聞訊後表示「遺憾」並澄清說，報告內容不涉機密。
