女偷抱愛犬　須賠前男友19萬 Oct 31st 2012, 11:39 〔社會中心╱綜合報導〕曾姓女子6年前與洪姓男子分手，曾女拜託洪男幫忙養狗，但去年突然到寵物店抱回愛犬，堅稱「擁有狗的所有權」，男方見要不回寵物，向曾女要了5年養狗費共19萬，台北地院認定雙方確實屬於「委任」關係，非贈與，因此判曾女需給洪男全額費用，全案定讞。
