又有颱風？2個熱帶低氣壓形成　氣象局：恐發展為輕颱 Sep 30th 2012, 05:08 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕中颱杰拉華才剛離開不久，中央氣象局又觀測到，海上又有2個熱帶性低氣壓形成，均恐發展為輕度颱風。中央氣象局表示，這2個熱帶低氣壓是昨(29)天晚上形成，1個在關島東方海面，緩慢朝西北西移動，另1個則是在南沙島滯留。
