蘇拉來襲　蘭嶼今日停班停課 Jul 31st 2012, 01:28 〔生活中心╱台東報導〕蘇拉颱風31日清晨已增強為中度颱風，目前以每小時8公里的速度朝北北西前進。隨著蘇拉颱風增強為中颱且暴風圈擴大，台東縣政府宣布外島的蘭嶼地區，今(31)日停班停課一天。提醒民眾做好防颱準備。
