蘇拉若不登陸　雙北市挫咧等… Aug 1st 2012, 01:28 〔生活中心╱綜合報導〕中度颱風蘇拉移動緩慢，氣象局在31日晚間8時30分發布陸上警報，由於蘇拉路徑仍有變化，究竟是否直撲登陸，或是轉成西北颱擦邊而過還有變數。但氣象主播預告，蘇拉若不登陸，對於北部、東北部的影響更大，雙北市更須嚴防海水倒灌。
