打擊哄抬物價行為再出招　囤積居奇刑度擬提高 May 31st 2012, 07:36 〔記者王鼎鈞╱台北報導〕為打擊囤積居奇，哄抬物價行為，以維護市場交易秩序，行政院院會今（31）日通過《刑法》部分條文修正草案，送交立法院審議。除了提高非法行為罰金外，也修正法律文字，預防犯罪死角。
