姦淫、猥褻他人傳染花柳病　罰金擬提高到10萬　 May 31st 2012, 07:36 〔記者王鼎鈞╱台北報導〕行政院院會今（31）日通過《刑法》部分條文修正草案，送交立法院審議。針對猥褻或姦淫導致傳染他人花柳病的犯罪行為，保留原本1年以下的刑責，罰金則提高到10萬元。
