JR京葉線故障　1500名旅客受困　東京交通大亂 Nov 28th 2012, 15:53 〔國際中心╱綜合報導〕千葉縣船橋市一列「JR京葉線」列車，28日早上7時許，發生電力系統故障意外事故，1500名旅客困在車廂中，最後被迫走鐵道到鄰近車站，整起事故超過4個小時才排除，致使東京交通大亂。
