背信罪發監執行　掬水軒負責人失蹤 Nov 30th 2012, 11:58 〔社會中心╱台北報導〕水軒食品公司負責人柯富元因被控違法吸金案，台灣高等法院日前針對背信罪的部分已經判決確定，發出傳票要求柯今(30)天上午10時必須到北檢報到，未料，時間到仍不見他人影，依法北檢將對柯富元逕行拘提。＿
