顏清標判刑　內政部：註銷立委籍並函中選會3個月內補選 Nov 28th 2012, 11:51 〔記者孫偉倫╱台北報導〕針對立委顏清標酒店消費報公帳案，最高法院今（28）日維持更四審認定，判決顏清標、台中市議長張清堂各3年6月徒刑，全案定讞。內政部次長簡太郎表示，內政部將在收到判決書後註銷顏清標立委名籍，同時函知中央選舉委員會於3個月內辦理補選；補選投票日期將由中選會決定。
