李登輝：領導者要大聲說出　18%改革決定 Nov 1st 2012, 15:32 〔記者林修卉╱苗栗報導〕在零利率時代，退休軍公教仍享有18%的優惠利息存款，引起極大爭議。前總統李登輝1日表示，領導者應做決定，並大聲說出來，各部會做事才會比較容易，尤其現在經濟不好的情況下，需要整體修改，不然發生很多不公平的事情，就不太好。
