今日天氣╱東北季風稍減弱　颱風海燕增強不影響 Nov 6th 2013, 03:11 〔記者李鴻典╱台北報導〕中央氣象局指出，今(6)日依然吹著東北季風，天氣和昨天類似，桃園以北及東半部仍有下短暫雨的機率，其中又以基隆北海岸到宜蘭花蓮下雨時間較長，不過由於東北風有稍減弱，北部及東北部高溫會略為回升。
