菲質疑洪石成吸毒喝酒撞公務船　法務部解剖報告駁斥 May 28th 2013, 01:22 〔社會中心╱綜合報導〕我國漁船「廣大興28號」遭菲律賓公務船掃射，導致屏東籍漁民洪石成不幸身亡的意外，台、菲兩國日前終於達成協議，27日雙方各派調查小組到對方國家調查。菲國小組抵台後，下午前往法務部了解洪石成的解剖報告，菲國質疑洪石成是因為喝酒或吸毒才會衝撞公務船，但法務部表示驗屍報告已確認洪石成並無毒品和酒精反應。
