周元華建議：陳水扁居家療養、或轉往離家較近精神醫院 Apr 1st 2013, 01:54 〔記者林修卉╱台北報導〕立法院外交及國防委員會今（1）日邀請台北榮總主治醫師周元華等人，報告「陳水扁前總統處遇現況」。周元華指出，以陳水扁目前情況，不建議回到監獄，因此居家療養（Home Care）或離家較近設有精神專科醫院是可以考慮安置地點的選擇。
