政府撥補、最後支付入法有共識　勞保條例修法初審送協商 Nov 1st 2012, 13:30 〔記者孫偉倫╱台北報導〕勞保基金恐將破產，社會聲浪要求政府扛起最終支付責任，立法院衛環委員會今1日上午審查各黨立委提案，在朝野的高度共識下，將有關政府撥補、最後支付責任的《勞工保險條例》第69條修正草案，另送朝野協商。
