陳水扁保外就醫　蘇貞昌：馬英九不要老是曲解法律 Aug 30th 2012, 07:57 〔記者林修卉╱綜合報導〕馬英九總統表示，保外就醫其實就是「醫療假釋」，出來後就自由了，此為法律和醫療的問題。民進黨主席蘇貞昌今（30）日表示，如果認為這是法律問題，就不要老是曲解法律，應該尊重法律的意見。
