交出林益世索賄關鍵錄音帶　特偵組已將陳啟祥夫婦請回 Jun 30th 2012, 17:13 〔社會中心╱綜合報導〕向週刊踢爆遭林益世強索8300萬賄款的地勇公司負責人陳啟祥，在30日被特偵組檢方拘提到案後，已在歷經長達12個小時偵訊後，於晚間9點30分貝檢察官「請回」；根據委任律師高永成表示，陳啟祥已交出關鍵錄音帶和通聯紀錄，以及相關事證給檢方。
