警否認受建商指揮　尤美女：文林苑為何委託建商來拆？ Mar 30th 2012, 16:32 〔記者孫偉倫╱台北報導〕警政署保安組組長黃清福表示，當天現場指揮官是都發局都更處的林處長。但尤美女指出，在執行指揮的卻是委託給建商，為何能委託建商來執行拆除，而且當天現場有人拍到疑似建商在現場指揮的照片，尤美女痛批，這麼多警力來協助建商拆除房屋是前所未見。
