鄰居檢舉違建　女惡意堵糞管害人半年不能在家上廁所 Apr 30th 2013, 03:43 〔社會中心╱新北報導〕家有惡鄰！一名女子因為違建遭鄰居舉報拆除，她竟惱怒用不名物體將鄰居家的馬桶糞管堵起來，導致鄰居馬桶堵塞達半年之久，一家人都無法好好上廁所。事後鄰居報警提告，女子否認搞怪，但法官查出是女子所為，依強制罪起訴，最重可判處3年徒刑。
